Most of what we take on is bigger than an afternoon: a roof, a room, an addition, a house that needs its outside put back together. Whatever the job, you'll know what's happening on it and when.
Send the details and any photos you have. Jesse reviews them and discusses a rough range where possible, based on his experience.
Jesse visits the property to check the work and measurements before preparing the written quote. You agree on when to expect it.
The written quote and contract set out the scope, materials and payment schedule before work starts.
Review the finished work together. If the scope or site conditions require a change, the amount is agreed and the contract revised.
Materials are billed at what Jesse pays, with no markup. You can also supply your own materials; discuss the choices and payment arrangements with him before buying.
